Pay Range:
$19.80 - $29.70Job Summary: Manages the clerical and communicative activities of the department. Schedules patient appointments.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED Experience working in an office setting
Essential Functions:
- Competent in the check in/arrival process.
- Consistently documents or relays all necessary patient care related information to the appropriate individuals.
- Accurately and efficiently schedules patients for all imaging procedures.
- Maintains the confidentiality of all patient related information.
- Maintains a clean well-stocked and organized work area and notifies appropriate personnel when stock needs replenishing.
- Upholds a professional working relationship at all times and adheres to department rules.
- Practices teamwork and adheres to Standards of Behavior.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
