Description
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer IV - Platform Engineering with deep expertise in cloud and platform architecture, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Kubernetes, automation, and enterprise platform engineering.
The DevOps Engineer IV will provide senior technical and architectural leadership for scalable, secure, resilient, and automated cloud and developer platforms. This role will define and evolve platform architecture, reference patterns, engineering standards, paved roads, and reusable capabilities across AWS and Azure where applicable.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate business and engineering needs into enterprise platform architecture, guide complex technical initiatives, influence engineering standards across teams, mentor engineers, and validate architectural decisions through reference implementations and hands-on technical depth. The role requires strong technical leadership capabilities but is not positioned as a formal people-management or dedicated Team Lead role.
