Schedule: Day Shift | PRN

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead clinical diagnostics by conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, and functional needs.
• Develop patient-centered plans of care that prioritize individual goals and integrate family support for holistic recovery.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ranging from manual therapy to neuromuscular re-education, tailored to each patient's unique pathology.
• Provide clinical leadership by mentoring and overseeing PTAs, students, and support staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Drive patient progress through data-driven evaluations, refining treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes and timely discharge.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
