2. Pricing Intelligence & Market Benchmarking

• Build and own independent, data-driven pricing benchmarks for every city, vehicle type, and

trip category without relying on vendor quotes alone

• Conduct continuous market research: competitor pricing, aggregator rates, local union

norms, seasonal fluctuations, and diesel/fuel benchmarks

• Generate pricing analysis reports and recommendations that guide negotiation, vendor

onboarding decisions, and commercial strategy

• Develop pricing models that balance competitive vendor rates with Commutec's margin

requirements

• Identify pricing arbitrage opportunities and cost-saving levers across geographies

3. Negotiation, Commercial & SLA Management

operators across India

• Draft, finalize, and manage vendor commercial agreements, rate cards, and SLA frameworks

• Ensure every vendor agreement drives cost efficiency without compromising on service

• Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable to vendor acquisition, SLA performance, and

cost targets
