Production Technician Lead

Troubleshoot and repair systems on equipment. Assist in day-to-day support of operators, adjustments, setups, and change over Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks (i.e., cleaning, inspection, and lubrication) as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring advanced technical expertise and knowledge of safety procedures (e.g., electrical cabinets, machine interiors, etc.). Recommend enhancements to equipment, materials, and processes Provide Preventative Maintenance support for plant and equipment Ensure all packaging operations align with safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction targets Monitor equipment functionality and maintain a safe working environment Manage operations within established labor and budget guidelines Maintain accurate records and production documentation Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and weekly production goals Support and enforce lean manufacturing and standardized work practices Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture Build team capability through training and skill development Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry preferred) Experience with high-speed production equipment and quality monitoring systems Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
