Position Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that build or restore functional abilities, including activities of daily living, vocational skills, homemaking tasks, and overall independence for patients experiencing disabilities, injuries, illnesses, or developmental delays.

Working collaboratively with patients, families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care that supports each patient's unique rehabilitation goals. Through skilled assessment, ongoing evaluation, patient and family education, and effective communication, you will foster trust, engagement, and positive patient outcomes.

EDUCATION:

Other: Graduate of accredited occupational therapy program.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

OT-Occupational Therapist

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

2 years of recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Critical thinking, complex problems solving, decisive judgement and ability to work independently.

Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements.

Must be able to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.

Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies.

Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities.

Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.

Pay Range is $61.91 to $86.67 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
