JOB TITLE: Inventory Control Clerk

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for maintaining daily inventory activities. Must have knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain management.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain management
• At least 1 year of experience as an inventory associate or relevant role
• Must be able to sit, stand, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

CORE DUTIES

• Maintaining and updating required inventory levels for goods, products, and materials
• Conducting quality checks on stored inventory to comply with company standards
• Processing and documenting returned items
• Implementing inventory management procedures 
• Performing clerical functions such as answering calls, entering data into computers, and assisting customers
• Monitoring inventory losses and implementing loss-prevention programs
• Pulling kits for builds in progress
• Pulling parts sales orders
• Precisely record each incoming and outgoing shipment
• Notify purchaser of low stock
• Greet the gate and hand out parts for builds in progress 
• Maintain cleanliness of parts room
• Prepare parts room for inventory quarterly
• Maintain return kits
• Receive all incoming inventory
• Create and scan item receipts in Quickbooks
• Package all outgoing UPS shipments
• Provide weight and dimensions for outgoing shipments
• Assist in shipping as needed
• Additional duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager or Lead

HOURS

• 1st shift position
• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
