driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Development of wafer-level semiconductor transistor devices for automotive power
technologies . Simulation and modeling of semiconductor devices using TCAD Sentaurus software Definition and design of test-chip structures for device characterization and validation Evaluation and measurement of test structures at wafer level using DC wafer probers and, when required, TLP measurement systems Definition and monitoring of reliability parameters to support ongoing manufacturing process control Analysis of
device performance and reliability data to ensure compliance with automotive
quality standards Collaboration with cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations
to drive technology development and manufacturing excellence. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in Physics, Electrical
Engineering, or a related field Experience in semiconductor
transistor/device development , preferably within the automotive industry Knowledge of semiconductor technologies,
device characterization, and development processes Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills in a technical R&D environment Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken German language skills are preferred and considered an advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
