Responsibilities
- Involved in all aspects of the Product life cycle from requirements gathering, analysis, design and development, through to code review, testing, issue analysis & resolution.
- The role is hands-on requiring analytical and design skills in addition to programming ability and a commitment to Product quality.
- Working in or leading small teams responsible for certain functional areas.
- Providing assistance to the project delivery teams in either a Product support or consultant capacity.
- Conduct application demonstrations and walkthroughs of Product features.
Requirements
- Relevant sector experience – must have worked on developing solutions using Java and related technologies.
- A rigorous and thorough approach to quality, analysis, design and implementation
- Ability to perform issue troubleshooting and work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in automated unit test development practices and design methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and drive issues to effective resolution.
- Sound interpersonal skills that foster good working relationships
- Candidates must possess a good degree in a technical subject.
- Must be proficient in English
