What will you do?
The Administrative Assistant (Administrator) role will provide primary support to SAVI Water, Environment and Land team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and assisting teams with operational needs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

- Partner closely with the Executive Assistant to deliver seamless administrative and operational support across the team.
- Support the winning work process by coordinating bid documentation, submissions, meetings, and related administrative activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage documentation, reporting, records, and data entry to support business operations and compliance requirements.
- Provide proactive administrative support to Practice Leaders, coordinating priorities, calendars, meetings, and key stakeholder engagements to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Manage Rail Industry Worker (RIW) administration, including subscriptions, card setup, training coordination for site access, and guidance and administration of RIW job role applications.
- Coordinate expense management activities for designated leaders, ensuring timely processing, reconciliation, and follow-up of financial requirements.
- Develop, format, and enhance executive-level presentations, reports, and business documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of professional communication.
- Plan and coordinate team events, including
- meeting invitations, logistics, venue and room bookings, catering arrangements, and event administration.
You will also need the following capabilities:
Qualifications (Required)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as Administrative Assistant
- Proven experience as administrative assistant working in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
- Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools; Power BI is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
