Our client is seeking a Principal Software Engineer with 12–15 years of experience to lead technical initiatives, drive innovation, and contribute to strategic software development efforts.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead the creation and innovation of software solutions and technical strategies
- Mentor and guide engineering team members on best practices and architectural decisions
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality software systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals

Requirements
- 12–15 years of professional software engineering experience
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and building large-scale software systems
- Strong proficiency in software architecture and system design principles
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
- Proven ability to innovate and drive technical initiatives from concept to delivery
