ABOUT THE ROLE
Red Carrot is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications efforts across a range of projects and clients. This generalist role blends project coordination, content creation, and administrative support to help execute marketing strategies that align with client objectives, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day project coordination, ensuring marketing tasks are completed on time and within scope
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project timelines
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support the creation and development of social media content, advertising campaigns, and marketing/communications collateral
- Assist in executing campaigns by coordinating assets, managing timelines, and tracking performance
- Monitor marketing channels for engagement and identify opportunities to improve outreach
- Assist in preparing client presentations and reports, provide project updates, and gather feedback to maintain positive client relationships
- Collect and organize data for marketing reports, including social media analytics and campaign performance metrics, and support development of KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social media platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics
- Familiarity with government contracting or government-related marketing, and basic knowledge of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), a plus
