We are seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee our Medical-Surgical department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team and daily department operations.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and employee development.
• Oversee Swing Bed and rehabilitation patient care and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, case management, and ancillary departments.
• Monitor quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
• Manage departmental resources and support performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Medical-Surgical experience preferred.
• Swing Bed, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
