## Join our Team
## About the opportunity
Join Ericsson’s Beijing Radio Product Integration team and help develop radio products used in global mobile networks.
Our team integrates radio hardware, software and algorithms into complete Ericsson products. We collaborate with ASIC/FPGA, digital hardware, RF transceiver, power amplifier, software, algorithm, antenna, system design, production test and verification teams across Beijing, Sweden and Canada.
As a graduate engineer, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full radio product lifecycle, including board bring-up, system integration, performance optimization, manufacturing support and customer issue resolution. You will work with GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G NR technologies and develop a broad system-level understanding of wireless communication products.
## What you will do
-Support radio board bring-up, hardware access, basic radio integration and feature verification.
-Integrate hardware, software and algorithms to achieve complete radio functionality and performance.
-Measure, analyze and optimize radio performance for GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G NR products.
-Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, RF and algorithm domains, and support root-cause analysis.
-Use RF instruments and engineering tools to investigate functional, performance and quality issues.
-Develop scripts or automation tools to improve testing and integration efficiency.
-Support product verification, production test development and high-volume manufacturing readiness.
-Collaborate with product development teams to review requirements, test results and technical solutions.
-Analyze and resolve issues from product development, manufacturing and customer deployments.
-Document test results, technical findings, root causes and improvement actions.
## The skills you bring
-A master’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology, Wireless Communication, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering or a related field.
-Solid knowledge of radio transceivers, wireless communication systems and analog/digital signal processing.
-Interest in radio product design, RF technology, system integration or embedded systems.
-Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Familiarity with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers or other RF instruments is an advantage.
-Programming or scripting experience in MATLAB, Python, VEE, C# or similar languages is a plus.
-Knowledge of LTE, 5G NR or other wireless standards is an advantage.
-Understanding of high-volume product manufacturing is a plus.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills in multicultural teams.
-Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
