As a Corporate - Intern/Trainee, you will engage in tax compliance activities, focusing on validating clients' adherence to tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyze financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance. As an Intern, you will support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing reliably to the team's success.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Within our Tax practice, you will be encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for our clients. Responsibilities
- Supporting tax compliance teams in reviewing and analyzing financial data to prepare and file tax returns
- Assisting in the validation of clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations to minimize risks of non-compliance
- Participating in projects focused on corporate tax planning and strategy development
- Drafting tax documents and conducting tax research to support client needs
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights for tax optimization
- Collaborating with team members to enhance understanding of tax accounting and auditing practices
- Applying a learning mindset to develop skills in regulatory compliance consulting and submissions filing
- Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in financial data
