New Business Marketing Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Marketing Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business initiatives, primarily focusing on large commercial accounts within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in commercial lines, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities, with a primary focus on large real estate accounts (over $100K in premium).
- Provide a "white glove" approach to client service, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the servicing team on large, complex renewals as needed.
- Quote and manage new and renewal business, with a primary emphasis on new business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in large commercial lines, with a strong focus on real estate accounts.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Location Knowledge: Familiarity with the New York City boroughs and local real estate market is essential.
- Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
- Proactive and assertive, with the ability to handle challenges and "take no BS."
