Woodward Park City is looking for a Seasonal Outdoor Ticket Checker to join our Guest Experience team. Working outdoors at our mountain and skate park access points, you will help create a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience by validating tickets, passes, memberships, and guest access. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Scan and validate tickets, passes, memberships, and guest access.
• Answer questions and provide accurate resort information.
• Assist with guest access issues and help resolve entry concerns.
• Monitor entry areas and help maintain a safe, organized guest experience.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and keep work areas guest-ready.
• Support teammates and other operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous guest service, hospitality, recreation, or ticketing experience is a plus.
• Passion for action sports and creating great guest experiences.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
