Current Opportunity: In-Home Caregiver / CNA – Warrenville, IL

We are currently seeking a male Care Professional or CNA for a specific client assignment in Warrenville, IL.

This client has very limited mobility and requires frequent hands-on transfers throughout the shift. Due to the nature of his care needs, he feels more comfortable receiving this level of hands-on support from a male Care Professional.

• Location: Warrenville, IL
• Pay: Starting at $17/hour
• Schedule: Thursday, Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Client: Male with very limited mobility and frequent transfer needs
• Care Needs: Hands-on assistance with transfers, mobility, ADLs, and daily care
• Experience: In-home care, CNA, or hands-on mobility/transfer experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on, one-on-one care in a private home
• Assist with frequent transfers and mobility
• Support the Client with ADLs, including personal care, toileting, dressing, and other daily needs
• Provide companionship and support throughout the day
• Work closely with Nurse Case Managers who help guide the care plan
• Communicate with the care team regarding the Client’s needs and any changes in condition
• Build a respectful, consistent relationship with the Client

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Care Professional or CNA who:

• Has experience with hands-on personal care and transfers
• Is comfortable assisting a Client with very limited mobility
• Has experience in in-home care or facility care
• Is reliable, patient, kind, and communicative
• Is comfortable working with a Client who requires frequent physical assistance
• Is open to learning and working collaboratively with a nursing team
• Wants to build a relationship, not just punch a clock
