Physical Therapist (PRN) - Senior Living Facility
HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN basis at our partner senior living facility located in Saint Mary of Woods, (Terre Haute), Indiana. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life by providing expert rehabilitative care in a supportive environment. This is a true PRN position. The staffing needs are typically due to vacations and other planned time off of full-time therapists.
Job Details
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
- Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Assist with coverage needs during staff vacations and periods of increased caseloads
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with facility policies and regulations

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
