This position is vital to the support of the region, leadership, and acts as a partner to many home office departments. The role has many responsibilities that are critical to the advisors’ continued success, including: calling/answering telephone calls and assisting customers, following up on sales leads, performing data entry when orders are completed or changed, directing clients and sales leads to appropriate members of the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more Financial Advisors, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Review client account information, prepare reports, and assist with account-related administrative activities.
- Coordinate appointments and manage complex, multi-calendar scheduling to support advisor and client needs.
- Assist with the preparation, processing, and tracking of client documentation, forms, and correspondence.
- Manage client communications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of service.
- Deliver exceptional client support through high-volume interactions, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling client and business information.
Skills and Qualifications
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment while meeting performance expectations and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a structured, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple applications, systems, and screens simultaneously.
- Prior customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional support and service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work 30–40 hours per week.
Compensation
The base hourly rate of pay for this position is up to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
Work Location
This role offers a fully remote work arrangement; however, applicants must maintain a primary residence within 50 miles of a Corebridge Financial office.
