What is the opportunity?
To coordinate and support the migration of the Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Due Diligence team from the legacy Fenergo Fen-E (version 7.5) platform to the new FenX SaaS solution integrated within RBC's Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem. The primary focus is to facilitate communication between the Due Diligence team, IT implementation partners, and project stakeholders, coordinate requirements gathering and testing activities, and support the smooth transition to the new system.
What will you do?
Project Coordination & Communication
- Serve as primary point of contact between GTB Due Diligence team, RBC CM IT implementation team, and project leads to ensure alignment and timely decision making.
- Collate and prioritize action items for the Due Diligence team, including feedback on detailed system requirements and configuration decisions.
- Coordinate subject matter expert input and timely responses to questions posed by the project implementation team.
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and project status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements & Planning
- Facilitate detailed requirements finalization across the six project pillars: workflows and journeys, Client Risk Rating methodology, data fields, document requirements, reporting, and roles/entitlements.
Testing & Validation
- Organize and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with Due Diligence team members.
- Collect and consolidate testing feedback and issue logs for escalation to the implementation team.
- Support quality assurance efforts to ensure the new system meets operational requirements.
Change Management & Training
- Develop and coordinate change management communications to prepare the Due Diligence team for system transition.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions on new system usage and best practices.
- Support knowledge transfer between legacy system operations and new FenX processes.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- Working towards a degree in business, commerce, or related field
- Completing your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of studies
- Returning to school after the work term end date of April 2027, or if graduating in April 2027, requiring the work term as a mandatory component to graduate
- Experience in operations, program coordination, or project support
- Proven organizational and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with financial services operations or compliance functions.
- Exposure to enterprise software platforms or client lifecycle management systems
- Understanding of AML/KYC regulatory requirements
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
