JOB SUMMARY:
The Exhibition & Industry Coordinator ensures the smooth delivery of sponsor and exhibitor requirements at Kenes congresses. This role involves operation, coordinating logistics, managing client relationships, working with suppliers and overseeing on-site production, with a strong focus on customer service and innovative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and manage exhibitor and sponsor operations, both onsite and virtual.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and orders.
  • Oversee technical and operational aspects, working closely with suppliers and the internal project team.
  • Collaborate with clients on booth setup, design, and production logistics.
  • Work with suppliers on congress production, including booth construction, A/V, IT, and shipping.
  • Supervise on-site activities and ensure successful execution of client requirements.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and proactively address client needs.
     
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in events\tourism industry.
  • Experience in exhibitions management, client liaison, and international environments is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (4-6 times per year), including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Academic degree and experience with event technology.
