Overview
On-Site Location: 1934 Old Gallows Road Suite 210 Vienna, Virginia
Schedule: Enjoy a full-time weekday-only schedule, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with two evenings each week from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation:
- Associate/Provisional License: $65,000 – $72,000 annually
- Fully Licensed Clinicians: $72,000 – $80,000 annually
Supervision is provided for provisionally licensed therapists.

Our growing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is seeking passionate, skilled therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents (ages 12-17) and their families.
Responsibilities
- Personalized Caseloads: Manage a small caseload of up to eight to ten clients, providing high-quality, individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.
- Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families.
- Develop comprehensive discharge plans for students, ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members.
- Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous and timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.
- Client-Centered Approach: Provide client-centered care, tailoring therapy to meet individual, group, & family therapy needs.
- Cultural Competency: Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care, addressing the unique psychological needs of each client.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Virginia licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
- LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT (Associate/Provisional)
- LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT (Fully Licensed)
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of clinical experience in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP setting.
- Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Passion for working with adolescent and families.
- Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments.
- Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
