Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Project Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in managing aircraft, engine, and component transactions from initial quote through final close, ensuring accurate documentation, timely internal coordination, and strong customer communication throughout the sales cycle. This role acts as the operational backbone of sales projects, tracking deal timelines, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Trade Compliance teams, and maintaining data integrity across CRM and transaction records for USM parts, LLPs, and whole asset sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate quote generation, RFQ responses, and sales order processing across Asset Management Solutions and Technical Operations segments.

· Support contract administration, pricing documentation, and customer correspondence.

· Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting inputs for leadership.

· Process all RMA’s and track.

Education and Experience:

· Aviation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills and Abilities:

· 2+ years in sales coordination, contracts administration, or aviation/aerospace operations.
