We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.
Our multi-disciplined Manufacturing Process Engineering team performs hands-on problem solving in a collaborative and fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are subject matter experts for processes in cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments which focus on radiofrequency (RF) microelectronic component assembly. This hands-on role confronts new projects and challenges every day and requires cross-functional collaboration in both cutting-edge automation and mature production processes. We develop and implement materials and process improvements to our factory, while providing production support using a variety of analytical techniques, including statistical process control, predictive equipment maintenance, material analysis, and root cause analysis. We perform the evaluation of materials, equipment, and processes (including qualification, acceptance testing, and specification development) and interface with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.
We are a team of highly engaged engineers and technicians from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels who sustain a culture of inclusion, support, growth, and recognition. We are specifically seeking candidates who are hands-on, enjoy diving deep into technical requirements, proactive, accountable, good communicators, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, experienced in automated manufacturing, and ready to solve unique problems daily.
What You Will Do
Support the RF Radiator, Circulator, and Lids factory in high-volume, high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems.
Support assembly processes involving various automated operations including adhesive dispense, adhesive screen print, component placement, automated curing in batch and inline ovens, and optical inspection.
Work hand-in-hand with product engineers, quality engineers, reliability engineers, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing.
Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using established statistical process control techniques, experimental designs, material analysis, mechanical design analysis, and root cause analysis.
