Technical Lead Backend Developer

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Lead Backend Developer to join the development teams for our core business applications. This position represents a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Technical Leadership:
  • Ensuring the quality, maintainability, and performance of developments.
  • Establishing and promoting development standards, best practices, and quality tools.
  • Conducting or overseeing code reviews.
  • Ensuring continuous integration and adherence to DevOps best practices.
  • Maintaining compliance with IT security standards.
• Team Guidance:
  • Supporting, coaching, and enhancing the skills of developers.
  • Providing technical assistance in solving complex problems.
  • Organizing the distribution of technical tasks within the team.
  • Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Project Collaboration:
  • Working with project managers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Participating in workload estimation and development planning.
  • Identifying and anticipating technical risks.
  • Monitoring the progress of technical work.

Technical Skills Required:

• Excellent mastery of programming languages and frameworks used by the company.
• Experience in developing REST services (in .NET Framework and .NET 8+).
• Proficiency in Entity Framework Core.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Expertise in relational databases, particularly Oracle (version 19 and later) and SQL (version 2016 and later).
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and secure development best practices.
• Familiarity with Apache ecosystem solutions for hosting Java applications.
