Medical Assistant – Field Position (Assisted Living Facilities)
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, No Nights or Weekends

About the Role

Tired of being stuck behind a desk in one clinic all day? As a Field Medical Assistant with Lykos Medical, you'll travel between local assisted living facilities, building real relationships with the same patients over time and playing a hands-on role in their care. What You'll Do

• Travel to assisted living facilities across the Colorado Springs area to conduct patient assessments and support care plan development
• Partner closely with providers during patient visits, procedures, and follow-up care
• Track patient progress and keep the care team in the loop
• Educate and support patients and their families
• Help assist with diagnostic evaluations and document treatment recommendations
• Manage supplies and documentation to keep care running smoothly

What You Bring

• Medical Assistant Diploma
• A genuine passion for patient-centered care
• Experience in senior living or healthcare settings is a plus
• Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
