Senior Manager, Delivery Management

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Delivery Management, to lead a team of Delivery Managers and build a high‑performing delivery culture that delivers at pace, with clarity, and accountability. This role develops delivery leaders capable of owning key strategic initiatives end‑to‑end, executing through ambiguity, and partnering effectively across Product, Engineering, and key stakeholder groups to deliver on the company strategy within a product‑based organization.
   

In addition, this role will help establish and mature portfolio-level delivery intelligence, analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled delivery practices that improve execution visibility, forecasting accuracy, and organizational effectiveness. 
 

You will have the autonomy to shape delivery at scale, full end to end delivery ownership for a significant product portfolio, balancing modern product development practices with outcome focused execution. 
 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   

• 10 years working directly within software development organizations across the SDLC, including at least 7 years in leading Delivery, Program, or Project Management roles with responsibility for complex, multi‑team or portfolio‑level initiatives within a technology‑driven environment.   
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing delivery management teams embedded within engineering organizations, partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership within an internal software product development organization. 
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.   
• Proficiency in English

• Proven experience operating at a portfolio and leadership team level, with regular engagement and influence at Senior Director, VP, and executive levels.  
• Experience establishing or utilizing delivery metrics, portfolio reporting, forecasting models, operational analytics, or executive dashboards to support decision making. 
• Portfolio and/or Project Management related certifications (e.g., PMI, Scaled Agile frameworks, PRINCE2).   
• Extensive experience leading and overseeing a portfolio of multiple concurrent initiatives and teams working at scale in a product‑centric environment.   
     

What will you be doing in this role?   

• Build and sustain a high‑performing, accountable delivery culture focused on execution speed, clear ownership, and predictable outcomes, embedding delivery accountability and ownership deeply within the organization.   
• Own the delivery strategy and operating model for the portfolio, including execution standards, influencing and evolving internal SDLC and delivery processes and driving continuous improvement aligned to organizational and product priorities.   
• Serve as a core member of the portfolio leadership team with direct ownership and active engagement in execution, partnering with Product and Technology leadership to shape organizational priorities and translate them into concrete delivery structures and outcomes.  
• Drive portfolio level execution discipline, maintaining clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, delivery health, capacity, forecasting, and performance metrics, with defined actions and escalation paths. 
• Define, implement, and continuously improve portfolio reporting, delivery metrics, executive dashboards, and operational insights that support leadership decision making and organizational performance. 
• Regularly engage and partner with senior‑level stakeholders (Senior Director, VP, SVP), building trusted relationships and ensuring timely, transparent communication around current delivery health and opportunities for continuous improvement. 
• Provide leadership for Scaled Agile execution across the portfolio, ensuring alignment between product strategy, team-level delivery, and cross-team dependencies.    

About the Team   

As Senior Manager of Delivery Management, you will be responsible for delivery of a sub‑segment within our Intellectual Property business. In this role, you will directly manage a delivery management organization (5–10 direct reports) across a function or department, setting clear expectations, accountability, and operating standards. This role reports directly to our Director, Delivery Management.

Hours of Work     

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone.    

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
