The Role: The role of a Sr Enterprise Sales Specialist, will be responsible for driving Logitech’s business and growth with corporate customers. This includes working with and influencing key decision-makers in channels, identifying and engaging new VARs (Value-Added Resellers) and MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and building relationships with alliance partners. The role focuses on business development, strategic account management, and executing sales campaigns. Your Contribution: - Develop and drive a robust pipeline of opportunities to increase Logitech’s market share. - Build and implement a channel development and revenue plan consistent with overall revenue and growth targets. - Engage with top corporate end-users to promote Logitech solutions, winning RFPs, and setting standards. - Develop existing B2B channels and recruit new distributors. - Drive SME sales through marketing promotions and incentives with local distributors. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage sales cycles end-to-end. Your Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in Enterprise Sales, particularly in Unified Communications/Video Collaboration/IT/Cloud Solutions. - Proven track record in organizational leadership and channel sales management. - Ability to manage complex relationships and decision processes. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans. - Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com is preferred. - Results-driven and highly motivated with a proactive approach. - Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
