- Lead site talent management activities by partnering with leaders, including talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and follow-through on actions that strengthen the leadership pipeline and workforce capability.
- Champion a culture of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and waste elimination by identifying opportunities to simplify HR processes, improve employee experience, and increase overall effectiveness.
- Serve as a change leader by helping leaders and employees navigate organizational change with clarity, transparency, accountability, resilience, and alignment to DuPont’s Core Values and Growth Strategy.
- Use data, insights, and employee feedback to identify trends, anticipate workforce needs, and recommend proactive people solutions.
- Leverage AI, digital tools, data, and practical problem-solving methods to improve decision-making, streamline work, and enable more effective HR support for the site.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, and Americas HR colleagues to deliver HR programs, resolve issues, and advance site and business priorities.
- Coach leaders to build feedback-rich, high-performing teams that support accountability, learning, and growth.
- Provide HR guidance and counsel to employees and leaders on employment practices, performance, policy interpretation, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead workplace investigations as needed and partner with HR colleagues on complex employee relations matters.
- Prepare reports, collect data, develop summaries, and provide status updates on ongoing legal or employee relations matters as appropriate.
- Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to advance a culture centered on partnership, visible leadership, transparent communication, positive employee experience, talent development, and engagement across all levels of the manufacturing site.
- Ensure compliance with company, government, and local requirements, policies, and employment practices.
Your Qualification Profile:
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, challenge the status quo, and contribute to transformation in a manufacturing environment while working effectively with more senior leaders.
- Strong growth mindset with a track record of learning agility, curiosity, Lean thinking, and continuous improvement.

- Ability to use data, business insights, and employee feedback to identify opportunities and implement practical solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written, presentation, and facilitation capabilities, with the poise and structured thinking needed to engage credibly with senior leaders and frontline employees.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, influence action, and build trust across all levels and areas of an organization.
