A leading digital streaming network seeks a Client Servicing Manager to serve as the primary operational interface with clients, ensuring the accurate, timely, and reliable delivery of content and related materials.
Client Servicing Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients, managing requirements, delivery schedules, tracking delivery status, and resolving delivery issues.
- Oversee the end-to-end client servicing process, including researching content availability, issuing purchase orders, preparing material orders, curing delivery rejections, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets.
- Work with sales, marketing, and servicing partners to ensure timely delivery of deal obligations.
- Create status reports, conduct weekly status meetings, and report on servicing metrics regularly.
- Attend meetings with clients and business stakeholders.
Client Servicing Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in television, film, or media servicing or material operations.
- Strong Microsoft Office and software application skills.
- Experience with order management or similar supply chain management systems.
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar customer relationship management systems is preferred.
Shift:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
