We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to create, maintain, and continuously improve technical documentation that supports both customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product teams, learning designers, and other subject matter experts to transform complex technical information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly written and visual content.

You will play an important role in ensuring our documentation is professional, accessible, and aligned with company standards while helping users understand and operate advanced technical products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop customer-facing content such as user manuals, service manuals, safety manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
• Gather information from subject matter experts and translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation.
• Create and maintain supporting visual content, including technical illustrations, diagrams, graphics, and other documentation assets.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, Learning Design, Business Development, and customers.
• Ensure all documentation and related content meet quality standards, documentation processes, and release requirements.
• Act as a key user of the Content Management System (CMS).
• Work with engineering data and product information to accurately document products, systems, and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation tools, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar technical communication role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in creating customer-facing technical documentation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
• Experience with content management systems and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of XML authoring tools (e.g., Paligo or similar) is preferred.
• Experience with hardware product documentation; software documentation experience is an advantage.
• Experience creating or working with technical illustrations, graphics, or visual documentation is a plus.
• Experience in industries such as energy storage, batteries, power systems, manufacturing, or other technical environments is beneficial.
