Job Description

As Project Manager BBN Factory, you will join the production and operations network of Philips' HPM manufacturing site in Böblingen and work closely with PIE, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Facility Management and the shop floor. • QMS & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Quality Management System processes, particularly in the medical-technology environment, and create, maintain and secure approval of relevant production-side project and process documentation.

  • Supplier & Partner Management: Manage relevant internal and external project partners and work closely with Calibration, Maintenance and Technical Support teams.

  • International Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate international projects across multiple HPM locations, particularly programs involving several sites within a global matrix organization.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, industrial management, or a related field.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience leading manufacturing or industrialization projects across multiple workstreams.

  • You have experience with quality systems and compliance in a regulated sector.

  • You have practical knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured project management.

  • You have experience coordinating global, cross-functional teams.

  • You understand production processes, equipment, robotics, and NPI.

  • You are able to influence without authority and drive actions.

  • You have business-level German and fluent English, both spoken and written.

  • You are able to deliver NPI, quality, and production-readiness milestones.

  • You collaborate effectively across factory and operational functions.

Benefits include:

  • Annual leave: 30 days

  • Mobility and devices: subsidized Germany ticket, leasing opportunities for private use (bicycles, cars, smartphones,…)

  • Philips University & Philips in Balance: Wide range of professional training courses and for personal development & Healthcare

  • Philips Pension Fund: Employer-funded pension plan

  • Philips "Partnerzeit": two paid weeks off after your partner has given birth

  • Philips MyShop: Discount on Philips products

  • Culture: Informal culture, a paid day for voluntary work, various team/cultural activities (on sustainability, diversity, ...), etc.
