What You'll Do
As a Compliance Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting our ATM compliance programs by reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review ATM site photos, surveys, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Verify compliance requirements using established review guidelines
- Approve, reject, or return submissions for corrections when needed
- Identify missing information or inconsistencies in documentation
- Enter detailed notes and comments regarding compliance findings
- Complete assigned review queues within established deadlines
- Maintain accuracy while working through high volumes of documentation
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing compliance initiatives
What a Typical Day Looks Like
This role involves working independently through a queue of compliance reviews. You'll spend much of your day examining photos and documentation, comparing information against established standards, and making compliance determinations. The work is structured, detail-focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys consistency and organization.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Ability to successfully complete applicable background screenings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, data review, or quality control
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree (not required)
