The Manager- Talent Acquisition will lead Bazaarvoice’s global team of Talent Acquisition Partners driving full-lifecycle recruitment across technical (Engineering, Product, AI), Revenue/GTM, and operational functions globally.
Responsible for leading the development and delivery of Bazaarvoice’s Talent Acquisition strategy leveraging best practices and process improvements to attract, source, and deliver critical external talent into the organization and to retain top talent through internal mobility across all functions.
Reporting to the VP- Global Talent Management, you will balance hands-on leadership with operational excellence - optimizing processes, building data-driven hiring strategies, and partnering closely with executive stakeholders to ensure we attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent accountable to our goals.
