Job Description:

Summary:

Manage MPS & Customer NPI process (especially for MPC product) and related components as well as suppliers management. Evaluate and deliver customer requirements, coordinate and confirm the execution of customer requirements by all internal departments and suppliers.

管理MPS及客户新品导入过程以及相关器件&供应商管理。评估并传递客户需求，协调和确认公司各部门和供应商资源对客户需求的执行。

Responsibilities 岗位职责：

• Responsible for MPS NPI quality management, such as NPI process control, data collection and discussion, change management, deliverables of each stage, etc. 负责MPS新产品导入质量管理，如新产品开发过程控制、数据收集和讨论、变更管理、节点输出等。
• Responsible for customer NPI package & template development and maintenance. 负责客户端新品导入数据包和模板的开发和维护。
• Responsible for data collection and review for Pre-/Post- Sale. 负责售前/售后相关客户咨询数据的收集和审核。
• Support responsible CQE by data collection for analysis, corrective action and reporting of customer complaints. 通过数据收集支持其他CQE的客诉分析，纠正措施和客诉报告。
• Responsible for new product material composition declaration related rules and database management. 负责新产品材料成分声明相关规则和数据库管理。
• Responsible for new raw material supplier data collection and compliance training. 负责新原材料供应商数据收集和合规培训。
• Submitting regular reports to customers and management team as planned.负责按计划向客户和管理层定期提交报告。

Requirements 岗位要求：

• Bachelor or master degree in electronics, 3 - 5 years of relevant experience. 电子相关专业研究生毕业或本科毕业，3-5年相关经验。
• Familiar with IC quality knowledge, related industrial standards. 熟悉集成电路质量知识及相关行业标准。
• Familiar with statistical and engineering skills to enable interaction with various engineers. 熟悉统计学和工程知识，能够熟练运用于与其他工程师的沟通。
• Experience of NPI, SMT, quality control, customer support and supplier management preferred. 有新产品导入，SMT，质量控制，客户支持和供应商管理经验者优先。
• Knowledge of FMEA, CP, SPC, PPAP, MSA, RMA and 8D reporting, wafer and package characteristics is preferred.具备FMEA, CP, SPC, PPAP, MSA, RMA和8D报告，晶圆和封装特性等知识优先。
• Good English skills, able to communicate clearly and accurately to internal departments and to customers.较强的英文能力，能清晰准确将信息传递给内部和外部客户。
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel data analysis skills, mini-tab skills are preferred. 具备使用微软办公软件的良好能力, 熟练使用Excel. 数据分析, mini-tab数据分析。
• Good communication skills and team spirit. 良好的沟通能力和团队精神。
