Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead Consultant with 7-10 years of hands-on experience to provide production support and technical solutions across Oracle SaaS modules.
Key Responsibilities
•
Provide production support expertise for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, Procurement) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), resolving technical incidents and service requests in SLA-driven environments.
•
Handle RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components including design, development, debugging, and deployment.
•
Develop and maintain custom Oracle reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI, and extract data using HDL, FBDI, and other loaders.
•
Create and support integrations and interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud, other integration platforms.
•
Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation for complex technical issues impacting production.
•
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational runbooks.
•
Assist with quarterly updates, regression testing, and validation of Fusion Cloud changes in production environments.
•
Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
•
7-10 years experience supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with hands-on expertise in technical components.
•
Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, HDL/FBDI, BI Publisher/OTBI reporting, and Oracle integration technologies.
•
Hands on experience in OIC and knowledge on SOAP/REST APIs
•
Proficiency-to-Expertise level in following
Finance & SCM: (e.g., GL/AP/AR + Procurement/Inventory).
HCM & Integration: (e.g., Core HR/Payroll + OIC/HCM Extracts)
Finance & EPM: (e.g., GL/FA + PBCS/FCCS).
•
Experience with RICE development, interfaces, conversions, extensions
•
Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and drive technical problem resolution.
•
Familiarity with ERP, Procurement Cloud and HCM, CX Cloud technical objects and business processes.
•
Knowledge of SaaS best practices, security setup, workflows, and approval frameworks.
•
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Prior experience in production support or managed services for Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud
•
Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Applications, Integration, Reporting).
•
Knowledge of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), OIC and its administrative aspects (added advantage).
•
Experience with data migrations, test automation, and performance tuning.
