Requirements
What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)
This is an active, fast-moving role where no two days feel stagnant. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure our products get where they need to go efficiently and accurately.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select orders from inventory and securely pack them for shipment with speed and consistency.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently unload incoming freight shipments and load outgoing delivery trucks.
- Maintain Order Accuracy: Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure part numbers, quantities, and quality match our high standards.
- Local Deliveries & Runs: Occasionally jump in a vehicle to make local product deliveries or pick up essential supplies (mileage is fully reimbursed!).
- Warehouse Organization: Keep work stations clean, organized, and safe to maintain a top-tier working environment.
Who You Are (What We’re Looking For)
