Are you detail-oriented, quality-driven, and ready to work in a dynamic production environment? Our Downstream Processing department is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our team and support the production of pharmaceutical products.

What will you do?

• Perform routine production activities according to strict GMP and SOP guidelines.

• Operate, monitor, and record various process steps within downstream processing.

• Accurately document process data and report any deviations or improvement ideas.

• Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues to your supervisor when necessary.

• Contribute actively to continuous improvement and help achieve production and quality goals.

• Complete all required training and keep your knowledge up to date.

• Work in shifts and handle changing priorities with flexibility.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a relevant MBO-2 diploma with at least 3 years of experience, or a non-relevant MBO-2 with at least 5 years of experience.

• You have at least B1 level proficiency in Dutch or English.

• You have basic computer skills (MS Office, business applications).

• You are quality-oriented, accurate, flexible, and have a positive attitude.

• Experience with downstream processing or GMP is a plus.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€35,000.00 - €53,360.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
