Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues quickly and accurately
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools
- Maintain detailed service records and provide clear reports to management and customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed and provide recommendations
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during service operations
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
