Maintaining and evolving the Global FCFP operating model, including governance frameworks and roles & responsibilities frameworks, ensuring organisational clarity, accountability and alignment across services and countries.
Leading global FCFP communications and event management, including webcasts, townhalls, FCFP leadership summits and other ad hoc events.
Translating complex financial, organisational and strategic topics into compelling executive-level narratives, presentations and management communications.
Identifying structural inefficiencies, capacity opportunities and optimisation potential across services, countries and support functions, translating findings into actionable improvement initiatives.
Acting as delegate report owner for strategic, operational and financial management information, driving requirements, design and adoption of global performance dashboards and reporting solutions.
Providing business management support to the Global Head of FCFP.
