Overview
Technician 1
Working under direct supervision of the Team Leader, Depot, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Technician 1 is responsible for diagnosing, fixing, upgrading, and configuring computer systems and other products ordered by customers, ranging from low to marginally complex complexity levels.

Responsibilities
- Performs moderate to marginally advanced configuration jobs with minimal assistance from Senior Technicians and Leads while following work instruction documents.
- Ensures that hardware/software installed on customer’s system is compatible and at the desired version level.
- Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
High School or equivalency
CompTIA A+ or ITF+ Certification is preferred. (or must obtain within 6 months of hire date)
