Job Summary

This role is responsible to drive strategic alignment between business priorities, marketing investment, and regional execution. This role sits
at the core of the GA Marketing organization and is responsible for defining strategy, leading planning discipline, and guiding country
marketing teams to deliver against shared objectives. Acting as the bridge between Worldwide strategy and country markets, you will ensure
marketing efforts are aligned, insight-driven, and focused on delivering measurable impact.

This role provides strategic direction, governance, and performance oversight, enabling countries to execute effectively within a consistent
regional framework.


Key Responsibilities –
Strategy & Investment Leadership
• Partner with GA Category and business leaders to define marketing strategies and align investment priorities to revenue, share growth, and ROI goals
• Provide strategic recommendations on where to focus marketing efforts to maximize business impact

Planning & Governance
• Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes with GA Category, including objectives, KPIs, and budget alignment
• Establish clear planning frameworks and guardrails to drive consistency, focus, and accountability across markets

Global–Regional Integration
• Translate Worldwide PS Marketing strategies into clear strategic direction and actionable guidance for countries in GA
• Ensure global initiatives are effectively localized without duplicating execution

Market Enablement & Strategic Guidance
• Serve as the regional guidance on marketing strategy, guiding country teams on priorities, messaging frameworks, and
planning approaches
• Enable markets to localize and execute programs aligned to regional strategy and business goals

Alliance Co‑Marketing Alignment
• Partner with HP Business Alliance team and key ecosystem and alliance partners to align on joint priorities, co-marketing
strategies, and investment opportunities
• Provide strategic guidance to GA markets on leveraging alliance funding and programs to maximize impact while maintaining
alignment with regional priorities
• Ensure alliance initiatives are integrated into overall marketing strategy and planning frameworks and alliance guidance and
processes are clearly communicated to country marketing teams.

Performance Management & Optimization
• Ensure closed-loop measurement frameworks to track performance against KPIs and business outcomes
• Partner with country teams to assess results, identify gaps, and continuously refine strategies to improve marketing ROI and
commercial impact

Regional Representation & Influence
• Represent GA in Worldwide forums, bringing market insights, customer needs, and performance learnings to influence global
strategies

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or
demonstrated competence.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and delivering measurable business impact
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect marketing investments to commercial outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across global, regional, and country teams
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
