• Provide hands-on to the design, development, and deployment of data engineering technical solutions.
• Collaborate with other NAB's technology leaders towards improving and fulfilling the NAB technical direction.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
• Ensure data quality, validation, lineage, and observability across multiple data sources.
• Standardize metrics and support reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues and continuously improve data solutions and best practices.
• Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

• Minimum 7+ years in data engineering across large/complex datasets and operate pipelines at scale and integrating multiple source systems
• Strong hands‑on skills in Python, Spark/Databricks/Snowflake, SQL, PostgreSQL,...
• Familiar with workflow orchestration and CI/CD for data and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Data modelling, quality, lineage (e.g., unit/integration tests, data contracts, anomaly detection); design for reliability and scale.
• Ability to translate business needs (Domain/Tech metrics, governance) into technical deliverables; clear written and verbal communication to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SDLC and performance/engineering metrics (e.g., DORA, flow, predictability).
• Fluent English communication with extensive stakeholder management skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment.
• Excellent technical documentation and diagramming skills.
