Our client is a well-established, high-volume precision manufacturing organization serving customers across North America. Known for its commitment to quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the company is seeking a Nut Tapper to join its production team in Mississauga, ON.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain thread tapping equipment to produce high-quality threaded components.
- Perform machine set-up, adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure efficient production.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify compliance with specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional prints.
- Monitor product quality and make machine adjustments to maintain required tolerances.
- Maintain accurate production and quality standards while following all safety procedures.
- Keep work areas organized and contribute to a clean, safe manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience operating production machinery is preferred.
- Experience with thread tapping equipment or similar machining processes is considered an asset.
- Ability to inspect parts using measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and dimensional specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Forklift or reach truck experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physically demanding work, including standing and walking for extended periods.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work a rotating three-shift schedule and overtime when required.
