Sales & Lead Generation Executive (ZR-702) (Part Time)

We're hiring a part-time Sales & Lead Generation Executive to bring the right brands to our door. You'll open the conversation, spark the interest, and book the calls that turn into signed creative, web, and marketing projects. If you love the chase building lists, writing outreach people actually reply to, and turning a cold name into a warm meeting this one's for you.

Responsibilities:

• Build targeted prospect lists of businesses that need sharper branding, a better website, or marketing that converts
• Run outbound email, LinkedIn, and call campaigns that feel creative and on-brand never templated
• Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the team
• Match each prospect to the right fit: Unlimited Creative, the Digital Marketing Bundle, Paid Advertising, or a custom web/branding engagement
• Keep the CRM clean and follow up so no lead goes cold
• Share what messaging is landing so we keep sharpening the pitch together

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or lead generation, ideally selling agency, creative, marketing, or web services.
• Clear, confident written English; you can write outreach a busy founder actually opens.
• Comfortable working the phone and LinkedIn.
• Self-directed and organized you own your numbers without being managed into them.
• Familiar with a CRM and prospecting tools.

Nice to Have:

• Agency, SaaS, or creative-services sales background.
• A genuine feel for branding, web, and digital marketing, so you can speak the client's language.
  
• A track record of hitting meeting or pipeline targets.
  

Other Details:

• Job Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PKT) (Any 4–5 hours, either in the first half or the second half)
• Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
