We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer doing end-to-end test automation activities. This position will be full-time and hybrid at Mandaluyong City.
What You'll Do
Analyze requirements, user stories, and test cases to identify automation opportunities and define automation scope
Perform automation feasibility assessments, POCs to recommend optimal automation solutions
Collaborate with Automation Architects and stakeholders to recommend automation strategies, tools and standards
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and reusable automation components using standard tool (e.g. Datadog)
Automate testing across Web/UI, API, Database, Desktop, Cloud, and Enterprise applications
Integrate and execute automation suites within CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices
Monitor automation execution, troubleshoot failures, analyze results, and ensure script stability and maintainability
Manage test assets, execution results, defect lifecycle, and reporting in Azure DevOps (ADO)
Analyze automation metrics, trends, and quality indicators to drive continuous improvement and optimization
Prepare and present automation status reports, dashboards, risks, issues, and quality metrics to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with automation standards, governance processes, and best practices
Support test closure activities, knowledge transfer, and BAU handover of automation assets and documentation
As needed, conduct/execute manual testing
a. Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
b. Execute test cases/scripts
c. Document test evidence and results
What You'll Need
Required:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Test Automation Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Software Testing
Hands-on experience in automation tools and platforms such as DataDog, Power Automate, and other industry-leading automation solutions
Proven experience in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining enterprise-level test automation frameworks and solutions
Experience working in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise application environments
Certification in automation testing is an advantage
Experience in Financial Services and Banking domain is an advantage
Preferred:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, preferably with strong organizational skills

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
