Description
The European Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, sales support, and distribution of European automotive spare parts. The role ensures timely availability of genuine and aftermarket parts while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers to achieve high service levels and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure European automotive spare parts from approved suppliers.
- Process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor stock availability.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving parts and recommend stock adjustments.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Verify part numbers using electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and manufacturer databases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Handle warranty claims, returns, and defective parts according to company policies.
- Prepare purchase orders, sales reports, inventory reports, and forecasting data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and import/export regulations where applicable.
- Support the sales team with technical product information and parts identification.
