About the role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping business performance through insight, challenge, and decision support. Working closely with commercial and cross-functional leaders, you will help drive plans and forecasts, evaluate investments, and support decisions that enable profitable growth.

A day in The Life

Role Responsibilities

• You will act as a trusted finance partner to commercial and cross-functional leaders, not only drive continuous improvement in financial processes, but also strong support to market FD and commercial team on business growth agenda
• You will lead or support critical finance process, such as closing, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, for Sales, trade spending, A&P and Opex; with support from share service team
• You will build business cases and P&Ls for innovation, portfolio, and revenue management initiatives, helping guide go/no-go decisions and track benefits.
• You will support the pricing, trade spending management process, ensuring it aligns with overall business strategy.
• You will provide ad hoc analysis and project support to regional and commercial stakeholders as business needs evolve.

• You bring strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across teams.
• You have a solid understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• You are experienced in business case evaluation and investment analysis.
• You are a strategic and analytical thinker who can challenge constructively, simplify complexity, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to auditing, controlling, statutory accounting, and commercial spend management will be an advantage.
• Consumer healthcare, FMCG retailor industry experience will be an advantage
