Furniture Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the current operations of furniture management, stock management, and warehouse management.
• Optimize the existing inventory tool for furniture in office buildings, ensuring effective tracking and reporting.
• Evaluate the current state of the warehouse and propose improvements for organization and efficiency.
• Develop a future-oriented stock management proposal based on sustainable furniture practices.
• Investigate the role of the Facilities Management department as a central platform for furniture management within the governmental organization.

Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in project-based work, process analysis, logistics, and furniture inventory management. Affinity with furniture, circular management, reuse, and sustainable organizational processes is a clear advantage.
